Intro to Downwind SUP Surfing 2 – Balance and Bracing.
Stability, bracing, and the art of falling safely. In this class we will walk a short (2 miles) downwind course and practice the skills needed to balance on our board in windy water and in life. Falling or bailing is an essential part of surfing and we will safely practice this art in waist deep water. Board and paddle will be provided.
